Terms and Conditions of Use of Helena Safica

If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the application.

The application is intended for women over 18 years of age who are interested in interacting, socializing, and accessing complementary services offered by the platform, including:

• Online dating.
• Live events and exclusive parties organized or sponsored by the company.
• Marketplace and electronic commerce between users or with authorized third parties.

• To access the services, users must register with truthful and updated information.
• Each account is personal, unique, and non-transferable.
• Users are responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activities carried out through their account.
• The company may suspend or cancel accounts in case of misuse, false information, or breach of these terms.

• Use the application and all interactions with other users responsibly and respectfully.
• Do not harass, intimidate, defame, discriminate, threaten, or engage in violent, illegal, or non-consensual explicit behavior.
• Do not use the application for unlawful, fraudulent, or improper purposes.
• Do not upload or share offensive, false, defamatory, pornographic, violent, illegal, or rights-infringing content.
• Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate suspension of the account and, where appropriate, a report to the competent authorities.

The company may offer premium services or subscriptions, and pricing will be informed in advance. Payments must be made through authorized channels within the application and, once made, are non-refundable unless required by law.

Users may attend events and parties organized by the company or in collaboration with third parties.

• The company will provide the specific participation terms in advance, including pricing, capacity, locations, and access requirements.
• Each attendee is responsible for her own behavior during events. The company is not responsible for accidents, incidents, or situations resulting from interactions among attendees.
• The company may deny entry to events in case of breach of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or situations that place the safety of other users at risk.

The application includes a Marketplace for the purchase, sale, or exchange of products and services between users or with authorized third parties.

• The company acts only as a technological intermediary that facilitates contact and is not responsible for the quality, delivery, condition, compliance, or warranty of the products or services acquired.
• Each user is responsible for her own transactions and must act in good faith in her commercial dealings.
• Where payments are processed through the platform, the company acts only as a payment intermediary and is not responsible for returns or refunds, except where required by law.
• The sale of illegal, dangerous, counterfeit, or morally prohibited products is forbidden.

• Helena Safica does not guarantee the truthfulness or conduct of users; use of the application is carried out at each user's own risk and responsibility.
• The company is not responsible for damages, losses, or situations arising from physical or virtual interactions between users, or from transactions carried out in the Marketplace.
• The company assumes no responsibility for technical failures, service interruptions, or loss of information caused by circumstances beyond its control.

All intellectual property rights related to the application, its logos, contents, designs, databases, and source code belong to Helena Safica, S.A. de C.V., including the app itself under author registration number 03-2026-011310052800-01.

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Notice available within the application and on the official website.

The company may suspend, restrict, or cancel access to the application at any time and without prior notice in case of breach of these terms or by commercial decision of the company.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and enforcement, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other venue that might otherwise apply.
